Shahi Paneer !
Well If u r a punju and that too from Saadi delhi you ought to know this dish. It keeps the Delhi Belly flourishing :)
Here are the steps
1) Cut 2 onions into 4 pieces each. Put them in the Mixer. Add 1/4th cup of water. Make a onion paste. ........Sounds crazy I do it in the same Jucier/mixer where i make my mango shakes. In guys world who needs Food processors any way :)
2) Heat the oil in pan. Add about two spoons of jeera ( cumin seeds) .
3) Add a spoon full of ginger garlic paste. Add the oninon paste. Everything needs to be done in the pan only he he he .Even I get confuse some time where to add everything.
4) On Medium heat let it simmer for 10 mins. Mean while, make a tomato paste . 2 Tomatoes in the mixer with 1/4th cup of water.
5) Once Onion paste turns light brown in the pan. Add tomato paste. I know too much of cut copy paste here too lol.
6 ) after another 10 mins of heating add 2 spoon full of tomato ketch up. Add 1.5 spoons of Garam Masala , 1.5 spoons of Coriander ( dhania powder) , 2 spoons of Salt and a pinch of lal mirch( red pepper).
7) Keep on stirring on medium heat. Add Paneer Cubes to the paste. Stir for another 5 mins
8 ) Add 1/2 cup of whipped cream.
9 ) Mix and stir for another 5 mins on low heat.
10 ) Take chopped dhania( corriander) leaves. Sprinkle for making the dish look good and for those envious looks from room mates... lol... I know they are morons , they would have anything u would cook , without bothering for any kind of looks ...lol....
Take the frozen paranthas out from the refirgerator guys and have a party :)
